Cyberboozer  

The Cyberboozer is a database of over 40,000 pubs and bars. A commercial component installed into Joomla! forms tha base for this massive website.

Initially, the Cyberboozer was based on PHP-Nuke, but quickly outgrew the functionality offered by that CMS. Joomla! was  chosen as the new platform due to the in-built flexibility and functionality, with the commercial component being heavily customised to increase the component's functionality (to include maps and Google Earth files, plus Adsense advertising) and to improve performance of the site.

Receiving over 80,000 hits per month, the Cyberboozer continues to expand and gather details about pubs and bars all over the world!
